Soconomar was founded in Genoa in 1951 by De Michelis family, now leading the company in its third generation.

In the first twenty years, the main activity was the import of raw materials destined for the chemical industry.
Starting from the 70s, imports gradually expanded to include resins, pigments, waxes emulsions, various additives, and masterbatches.

Today, Soconomar is a leading company in the sale and distribution of raw materials for the paint, coating, plastic, ink, leather finishing, paper mills, digital printing, and adhesive fields.
It boasts a specialized laboratory, employees with a technical background and an internal staff capable of quickly meeting the customers’ pre and post-sales needs.

Soconomar nasce a Genova nel 1951 fondata dalla famiglia De Michelis, oggi alla terza generazione.

Nei primi venti anni l’attività prevalente fu di importazione di materie prime destinate all’industria siderurgica e chimica.
A partire dagli anni ’70, le importazioni si estesero progressivamente a resine, pigmenti, emulsioni cerose, additivi vari e masterbatches.
Oggi Soconomar è una società leader nella vendita e distribuzione di materie prime per i settori pitture, vernici, plastica, inchiostri, finissaggio della pelle, cartiere, stampa digitale, adesivi.
Vanta un laboratorio specializzato, funzionari con background tecnico nel settore e uno staff interno in grado di soddisfare rapidamente le esigenze dei clienti pre e post-vendita.
