Simone Wubbe is an experienced chemical engineer based in the Netherlands, with over 25 years in application development and technical service across adhesives, construction, plasticizer, and coatings applications. Since 2011, she has been part of Eastman Chemical’s plasticizers group, and more recently expanded her scope to include coatings, supporting customers across Europe. In this role, she partners closely with customers and internal teams — including Eastman’s European tech center in Ghent — to deliver tailored technical solutions, training, and support that address both performance and regulatory requirements, driving innovation across plasticizer and coatings applications.
