Biography

Ralf’s graduation is a diploma in Chemical Engineering from FHO College in Emden, Germany.

Ralf has more than 30 years of professional experience in the specialty chemicals industry, mainly in coatings.

He joined Lubrizol in April 1995. Since then, he has held several positions in what is called “Lubrizol Performance Coatings” today, including laboratory manager positions in applications and R&D, technical marketing and technical product manager positions. Currently he is the global Technology Manager for Surface Modifier Additives and in February 2022 was additionally assigned the role of Global Technical Marketing Manager for these products.
