Dr. Natalija Končan Volmajer has 17 years of experience in industrial coatings R&D and synthetic resin development. She earned her PhD in Coating Material Chemistry, with a focus on water based coatings. She currently works as Head of the Application Laboratory at Helios Resins. Her research activities focus on application driven resin development, coating formulation, and the translation of innovative binder technologies into high performance, market relevant coating solutions.
