Francesca Gaetani is an experienced industrial strategist and sustainability expert, with over 20 years of leadership inautomation, manufacturing, and process industries across Europe. She has held executive roles in multinational companiesand currently serves as CEO of Nautilus Engineering, where she leads projects on sustainability, impact measurement, andESG-driven innovation. Her background combines technical depth (certified engineer; innovation manager @ MIMIT) withbusiness acumen, having managed regional P&Ls and international teams in sectors such as energy efficiency, coatings, R&Dand industrial automation. Francesca specializes in integrating sustainability into industrial decision-making, using frameworkslike LCA, GRI/ESRS, and aligning companies with evolving European regulations.
