Biography

Davide Malinverno obtained a Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry in 2011 from “Università degli Studi di Parma”. In the same year he started to work for Versalis in Elastomer R&D Center, then in 2015 he worked for ELANTAS. He has been involved in different development projects of new products for the composite industry, like infusion epoxy systems, tooling pastes and adhesives. From 2017 to 2023, Davide Malinverno is R&D Manager for “Engineering Materials” Product Group. He overseeded the product development and technical assistance activities, coordinating a R&D team and supporting sales department for the business development of the “Engineering Materials” Product Group. Since January 2024, Davide Malinverno is Technical Sales Manager for “Special Coating” product Group. Currently is oversees the business development, sales management, and product management of the dedicated product portfolio. Davide Malinverno has developed competencies in project management, product development, scale-up of new products. His knowledge on technologies and manufacturing processes involved in the composite industry, allowed him to be part in European and multipartner projects. Lorenzo Spinelli_Lorenzo Spinelli obtained a PhD in Chemistry in 2016 from “Università degli Studi Camerino” with the specialization in synthesis of imide-based techno-polymers. He spent the period of the PhD studies (2012/2015) in the ELANTAS R&D laboratories of Ascoli Piceno. Since 2016 he works as R&D Chemist in ELANTAS. He oversees the product development activities, in particular with the development and the characterization of new polymer products for the “Wire Enamles” and “Special Coating” Product Groups. He supports form the technical point of view the sales department for the business development of “Special Coating” Product Group. Lorenzo Spinelli has developed competencies of polymer synthesis, material characterization, project management, food contact regulations, sustainability impact of products and application processes involved in the Special Coating business. His strong chemical background and his competencies allowed him to be part with key roles in European and multi-partner projects.
