I work within the Business Line Paint at BYK, where I lead the Technical Service Laboratory for Floor Coatings, providing application‑oriented support and formulation expertise. In addition to the laboratory management, I previously held responsibility for the technical training and development of paint apprentices. I started my career at BYK in 2007 with an apprenticeship as a paint technician, establishing a strong hands‑on background in coating technologies that continues to inform my technical work until today.
