Izel Kimya was established in 1996 to meet the Alkyd Resin needs of paint and varnish manufacturers. Over the last two decades it has expanded its product range to include Acrylic Resins, Acrylic Polyols, Polyester Resins, Epoxy Resin Hardeners and Polyaspartic Resins.

Today, exporting 70% of its total production to 500 customers in more than 60 countries, Izel Kimya operates in five continents. Izel Kimya is the first and only company in Turkey that can simultaneously produce Thermoplastic Acrylic Resins, Thermoset Acrylic Resins, Saturated Polyester Resins, Epoxy Hardeners and Polyaspartic Resins.

High performances coating with polyaspartic resins: polyaspartic coatings are an alternative to epoxy and polyurethane coatings thanks to their superior properties such as fast drying, superior yellowing resistance, high impact resistance, high flexibility, application at low temperatures, low VOC, no odour, anticorrosion properties due to their low water permeability, etc.

Polyaspartic resins have long coating life thanks to their 4 times higher mechanical and physical strength compared to epoxy and polyurethane. They are suitable for outdoor applications due to their strong UV light resistance.
